Morocco, 1900-1917
Professional photographer based in Morocco under the name Maillet photo, Casablanca. He published from 1902 a series of postcards entitled "Before the French occupation". He then photographed the military operations of the installation of the French Protectorate in Morocco (in Casablanca and Marrakech), it seems that he followed in particular the "Column of Tadla". He published these events in postcards as well as many pictures called "scenes and types"., particularly portraits of young Jews and Senegalese. Its numbered series is called "Morocco - Marrakech".
