By creating the Maison de la Photographie in Marrakech, we wanted to collect the elements of an archive on Morocco, in Morocco. The Maison de la Photographie opened in 2009. We have since extensively illustrated Judaism in Morocco, edited catalogs, permanently show the diversity of Moroccan society and therefore, the presence of Judaism.
Thousands of visitors from all countries came, each looking according to their sensitivity, of its history, the elements of an emotional reading, aesthetic. We have participated in exhibitions outside the walls of the Maison : it was an opportunity for generous meetings.
We are pleased to show some of the photographs from our collection. We are sure that for many it will be a happy walk.
