Pharmacist, druggist of the large perfume pharmacy (Casablanca), professional photographer. Deygallier was Ernest Michel's brother-in-law (information given by Claude Michel, grandson of Ernest Michel) and he published several photographs of Michel in the form of postcards. He worked for publisher Robert Sancan, then, following his departure, he started to edit under his own name. His postcards are distinguished by a touch of elegance provided by the wide margins left white.
