This archive photograph, produced on behalf of the Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT), captures the essence of rural life in the Western High Atlas. Through this portrait, the document testifies to the institutional effort aimed at documenting and promoting the cultural diversities and faces of the Amazigh regions of Morocco during the 20th century. The House of Photography in Marrakech preserves several of these period documents, testifying to the historical importance and richness of these national iconographic funds.
